Can I book a holiday with a low deposit?
Travelling in 14 weeks or more? No need to pay in full, Take advantage of our Low Deposit Offer now available online, and secure your holiday at today's low prices. Just select the Deposit Option and only pay the amount shown on your screen as a down payment. Do I need visa for my holiday?
This depends on the policy of the country you are travelling to.
If you are travelling to an EC (European Community) country and have a Valid UK Passport you will not need a visa. For more information, click here
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel Insurance is a legal requirement for anyone travelling outside of the UK. If you have not already purchased your Travel Insurance, you can call us on 0844 571 5592
What does the holiday price include?
All our holidays include flights, accommodation and all government taxes.
Are transfers included in the price of my holiday?
Transfers are not always included in a package booked through Fleetway, if you wish to add them on, please advise the consultant at the time of booking or you can book them online under our "taxis and transfers" section.
Are there special passport requirements for my holiday?
If you are travelling outside the European community you will need a minimum of 6months validity on your passport (of the date of return travel)
For advice on non-European community destinations for UK passport holders You must visit the Foreign and Commonwealth Office web site.
What extras can I book?
You can add many extras to your booking, Car Hire, Resort Transfers. Airport Car Parking, Hotel Airports are all bookable online if you wish to speak to a consultant about adding any extras to your booking please call 844 0571 5570
How do I pay for my holiday?
You can pay online using our Manage My Booking facility or
call our after sale line on 0844 571 5570
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
The charges for card payments are as follows:
Debit Cards - NO CHARGE
Credit Cards - 2% of transaction value
American Express - 2% of transaction value
We can also accept cheques and cash payments - for more information on paying by cash or cheque, please speak to one of our sales consultants.
How do I receive my travel documents?
Travel documents are usually emailed/dispatched 7 to 10 days before departure or up to 48hrs before departure if your booking was confirmed within 14 days of travelling.
What do I do if I have not received my tickets?
If you have not received your tickets 3 days before departure please call 0844 571 5570 with your booking reference at hand.
How do I change or cancel my holiday?
At Fleetway we have a dedicated department for amendments and cancellations - The telephone number to call is 0844 571 5592 alternatively please use our Manage My Booking online facility to amend/cancel your existing booking.
What is my check in time for my flight?
Your check in time is 2 hours prior to departure (unless otherwise stated). We would always advise passengers to get to the airport up to 3 hours before your departure to avoid any unnecessary stress or queuing.
Can I receive information on future offers?
Yes, you can sign up to our weekly newsletter of our best offers.
If I book through Fleetway Travel am I protected?
We are Members of ABTA (D0238), IATA (91208935) and ATOL Holders (2748)
We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn't apply.
An ATOL Certificat is an important document which confirms that your money is Protected by the ATOL scheme and that you can get home if your travel company collapses. This Certificate sets out how the ATOL scheme will protect the people named on it for the parts of their trip listed in the ATOL Certificate.
