Salary: OTE £30 –£40K
Fleetway Travel Plc is a pioneer of the Home–working concept, with over 35 years of successful trading. We have a dedicated and experienced team of Home–workers, several of whom have been with us for more than 10 years. Our policy has always been, never to exceed 40 Home–workers, therefore, we have no need to step up our recruitment. Our long standing Home–workers have no reason to leave us as we offer a comprehensive package which make them feel secure, by including the following:
- No joining fee
- We supply all the necessary equipment: phone lines, the latest user friendly broadband web technology,
including an in–house dynamic packaging system, all absolutely free! - Full PAYE benefits with guaranteed minimum wage
- Generous and sustainable commission paid on invoice.
- We provide all leads with a daily average of 30 calls to each home worker.
- We currently have 180 Digital & Analogues pages on Teletext including all the premium sections in addition we have an on–line spend of over £500k a year.
- We have exclusive commercial agreements with all the major Tour Operators.
- Full training provided at Head Office
- Technical and managerial support 7 days a week
- All administration & suppliers payments handled by Head Office
- We are fully licensed ABTA – ATOL – IATA
- Over 40% of our customers are repeats.
- Maximum number of home workers at anyone time is 40

The current operating hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9am–11pm, Friday & Saturday 9am–9pm, Sunday 9am–10pm, Bank Holidays 10am–9pm.
Contracts of either 30 or 40 hours per week are available, at present we require home–workers who can work the majority of their hours after 3pm Monday – Friday and between 9am – 10pm Saturday & Sunday.
