Sharm plaza hotel ,sharm el sheikh
We had a fantastic holiday at the Sharm Plaza, Sharm El Sheik. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very well appointed with a great standard of housekeeping. The food was great on the whole and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing break in the sun

MOROCCAN HOUSE HOTEL Marrakech
We found the Moroccan House Hotel was a great place to stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfasts up on the roof terrace is a mixture of cereals, bread and jams, omelettes cakes ect. We did hear one or two people grumbling around us but to be honest, I get the impression some people will moan about anything. It can get quite busy in the tented section if its rainy though.
There are a few nice café’s in the next street along, and there’s no problems at all wandering around at night. Its all very friendly and relaxed.
I’m not sure about the double rooms, we had a triple, which consisted of three single beds, so we just pushed two together.
Obviously we’d have preferred one large bed, but to be honest it wasn’t a big enough deal to warrant me going down stairs and changing. We met another couple who had the same problem and asked to be changed. They got moved and were happy with the result.
From the hotel its about 20 minutes walk to the Medina walls and about another 20 minutes from there to get to the Jemaa el fna (big square) and all the souks (markets).
A journey in a petit taxi will cost you no more than 30 dihram in the day time. Slightly more at night.
A taxi from the airport to the Hotel at night cost us 100 Dihram, as we’d just got off the plane and had no value of the price of things. However going back to the airport was only 70 Dihram.
There’s a western style supermarket a few minutes walk away where you can get beers and all the rooms come with a fridge but, it will cost 50 Dihram for the use. You also get two bottles of water thrown in. We’ll, not literaly but…
Rooms also have a safe box which is 30 Dihram per day.

5*MARITIM ROYAL PENINSULA,SHARM EL SHEIKH
The resort is beautiful with a huge swimming pool, separate kids area and fabulous gardens. On the downside it is well out of town and you need a taxi (30LE) or the free shuttle bus to get anywhere. However, if it is peace and quiet you need then this is ideal. The fact that you are directly under the flight path for the nearby airport isn't that much of a problem - it certainly didn't keep me awake. The rooms are very spacious and both the cleaning and gardening staff are pleasant. However, reception staff were miserable and unwilling to be helpful and the service by waiters and bar staff was appalling. If you're not all inclusive then you are treated like a second class citizen and both the food and drinks are similar to, if not higher than UK prices. The 7pm shuttle bus to take you into Naama Bay always has to run 2 or 3 times as there are far more people wanting to go than seats available and as the resort mainly consists of russians/polish you can forget queueing politely. It is equivalent to a rugby scrum trying to get a seat!
The use of the beach/jetty at the sister 'golf resort' provides a welcome change of scene, although again food/drinks are very expensive, but the free bus is regular and there should be plenty of loungers available.
Didn't see any entertainment in the week we were there although we went into town every night to eat as the hotel was too expensive.
Breakfast is plentiful with something to suit most tastes - getting a cuppa is another matter unless you get up and do it yourself.
I believe a holiday is made more by the people you meet than the class of hotel and based on that I've had a far better time in 3* hotels where staff are friendly and make an effort than in this 5* one where we were not made welcome. Having spoken to other guests I am advised this has only happened of late and that last year the service was far better, I know a number of people made complaints during my week there.
I'm sorry it sounds negative as I have had a nice relaxing break but it could have been far more pleasant had I been treated with a bit of courtesy.
As for Naama Bay, I can recommend eating at the Lido on the deck outside the Iberotel on the right side of the marina - steak to die for! Also Kanabesh Beach did a good meal, although Kanabesh on the street side didn't :( Viva, on the beach, also did a good meal and the movenpick icecream is an absolute must - best prices are just off the beach at the entrance to the jolie ville resort. From speaking to other people, it would seem this resort is far more pleasant than the peninsula and certainly the staff were much nicer, obvious even from just nipping in to use the loo!

VIME CALLAO GARDEN,Tenerife
A very chilled out holiday, just what we needed.apartment room great right alongside middle pool, all staff very helpful, especially manuel the barman.
the complex was very quite, not many guests, the only complaint we had as did many of the other guests was the poor choice of food and the very cool temp of it.
if this was sorted we would go back again, we thank you for all your arrangements, everything went well, flights and transfers, cheers Fleetway.

5*CITADEL AZUR RESORT SPA HURGHADA
I have just returned from a great holiday in Hurghada and wanted to give you some feedback as I think it’s always useful and something we encourage our clients to do.
1. We stayed at the Citadel Azure which I have to say is an amazing hotel, I have travelled around the world quote a lot and tend to stay in 4* & 5* accommodation and this was right up there.
2. Only issue you need to be aware of with the Citadel Azure it is 99% Russian occupants and this makes for a one nationality rather than multi-national flavour and they were very non communicative with us and each other. I feel this hotel has made a big mistake encouraging just a single nationality as it loses something.
3. The tour guide Walleed was frustrating, he was very pushy to meet with us to sell us trips (which were both excellent) but then just did not communicate with us. He rarely bothered to respond to my texts and even on departure day when the bus hadn’t turned up for over an hour he did not reply. We were then collected and told that the road was blocked, in fact it transpired the driver had got lost between the airport and our hotel for over an hour!
4. The trips (Desert Safari and Mahmya Island were both brilliant, well organised, great guides and great value.
5. One final point on the Desert Safari we visited a Bedouin village and that was all fine, but there was also a “zoo” and there we saw 2 x Desert foxes and 1 x Wild Cat which were in horribly small pens in awful conditions. I am not an animal activist, I do love animals and I just hate to see wild foxes and a huge wild cat in a cage 4 x 4 meters it just is not right.
Thank you I hope this is useful for you and will certainly to use your services again.

I am just writing to thank Danielle Searle who was extremely helpful in rearranging our holiday to Disneyland Paris after Easyjet cancelled our flight. The customer service she offered was excellent and as a direct result of our dealings with Danielle we will be highly recommending Fleetway Travel.

4* CORAL HILLS HOTEL. SHARM EL SHEIKH
This hotel was perfect for me and my friend as women of 24 and 28 I was aware as girls travelling alone we may be subject to some negative attention, however this couldn't be further from the truth, we were treated with respect throughout and wholly accommodated for. This provided a fantastic base for us as we explored what sharm and naama had to offer and highly recommend it for this purpose, thank you x

SULTAN GARDENS SHARM EL SHEIKH
Sultans Gardens is a lovely hotel, but is looking tired in areas. The 4 pools within the hotel are probably the best I have seen and the sun beds are really comfortable. The hotel is very big and has it's own beach and jetty. The fish are amazing there is no need to go diving. The rooms within Sultan Gardens are spread out and we asked for a upgrade to a suite after being given a sea view room. This meant walking quite a distance to get the centre of the hotel. The staff were amazing they couldn't do enough for you. This is what makes this hotel that bit more special. The food was ok, there was always something to eat, but it become boring. I think the hotel should look at making the seafood restaurant free like the italian, this then gives guests more variety. All in all I would recommend this hotel if asked.

CATALONIA PUNTA DEL REY, TENERIFE
The staff at this hotel were amongst the best, helpful and friendly we have ever had.
The hotel itself was never and never ever will be 4 star, it would struggle too attain 3 star rating.
Fleetway travel arranged everything perfectly, no trouble with flight transfers or hotel.
Star ratings are every important to a potential customer.
We have been to 4 star hotels in Tenerife, we checked on 2 in Porta Del Cruz, they were 4 star and are still 4 star.
