We have just returned from an excellent week's holiday in Corfu.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation of your prompt and efficient service in every way over our booking.
The flights and transfers were excellent and your representative, Tracy, in Corfu, very helpful.

After reading some online reviews of our hotel, The Golden View, we did harbour some doubts, but we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the rooms, the pools, the courteous and friendly staff, and the general cleanliness and good room service. The location was superb, which was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel, and it lived up to our hopes in every way.

I suppose the menu was rather repetitive and limited, but the food was on the whole well-cooked and the salads and service were first class. I consider your staff were very fair in pointing out to us at the time of booking that a Greek Five star hotel was likely to be rated lower elsewhere.

Overall we consider our break excellent value for money and we will be looking to book with you again in the future.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the prompt and efficient way that you organised replacement flights home from Egypt and for keeping me informed by phone. Overnight to Cairo would not really have been my first choice but it was very welcome together with the BA flight home from Cairo to Heathrow. I thank you again for the prompt and efficient way with which you dealt with the problem handed to you by the demise of XL. I know that other people on the same flight were not receiving the same service from their travel agents.
