I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I enjoyed our four nights in Valencia. The flights were on time and the transfers went smoothly. The hotel was very good indeed as was breakfast each morning.

We had a horrid time trying to book a holiday for half term we started with all the big names like First Choice etc and got no where after 2 days or looking . From the minute Sam picked up the phone she was positive and reassuringly professional and obviously good at her job. We had a tight budget, we wanted to go away Half term and only had a 24hr window on when we could fly out. Sam worked flat out for hours, she came up with lots of possible options for us kept us informed all the way, she listened to our needs and concerns. Sam kept my spirits up on phone and assured me not to worry "we will get you a holiday"


Wow ! she sure did. We are very happy with what Sam found us. And we will be recommending Sam and Fleetway travel to all our friends and family. We plan to have a BIG family holiday next year, so you can be sure we will book that through Sam at Fleetway !!

We booked The Savoy at Sharm-el-sheik through Fleetway, a company I had not heard of before we did everything online, it was very very easy with step by step instructions from Fleetway. The resort was fantastic, the hotel was fantastic, the Eygptian people were fantastic, we were pampered to the hilt, they even came and cleaned our sunglass's at the poolside. Bubbly fruit and flowers in the room, which was enormous. The food was also fantastic with the Savoy boasting 10 restaurants, we were spoilt for choice. Just one word of warning, if you are not all inclusive, the cheapest wine was £35 a bottle but the food prices were on par with England.
We will definitely go back to the Savoy and we will definitely book with Fleetway again.

Just a brief note to say a big thank you for all your help in arranging our second trip to the Savoy - the whole experience proved to be great - much better than even our first trip. The half board dine around package deserves special mention as it was sooooo much better than the Akuna Matata option of last year.
