Good afternoon

My girlfriend and I recently booked a week away via Fleetway (our ref is 496802) and I just wanted to put pen to paper, so to speak and offer some feedback on the telesales lady who helped us.

I don’t have her surname but it was Louisa who handled everything and both Louise and I were just blown away with her professionalism and attitude. It’s so rare these days to get good service, we received excellent personal service and I have to say it made our weekend. Everyone is quick to criticise but not many bother to say thank you or offer praise and feedback. We tried “Your Holiday” and others off the teletext website and almost gave up until I rang Fleetway, and from that very first contact Louisa was just superb, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, she truly is a credit to your company.

Please can I request that this is passed on to Louisa and the management.

Thank you Fleetway Travel for organising our holiday to feurteventura. The travel arrangements were faultless including the transfers to and from the airport to hotel. The hotel was lovely Cotillo beach hotel. A very relaxing 2 weeks . Thank you all very much

Just back from a wonderfulholiday at the Royal Albatros. Could not fault the hotel in any way. It was clean, spacious well appointed room, friendly attentive staff. Excellent choice of food and there was at least one restaurant open all the time, Only one slight niggle and that was that the swimming pools (the most beautiful pools i have ever seen) were VERY cold, despite the air temperature being in the high twenties. The sea was FAR warmer than the pools and hardly anyone was brave enough to get in them!
Snorkelling off the pier is an absolute must as the fish are amazing. We went on just one excursion - the two day trip to the Pyramids it was just brilliant. Overall an excellent holiday - thank you. Flights by Esyjet were ok, in spite of having to land in Rome to refuel. I would recomend this hotel to anyone - for families and couples of all ages.
And I would recomend the Visit to Cairo for the experience and to the Pyramids for the History.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou for all your help in the booking of our holiday. Hopefully we are all done and I have sent passport confirmation off as per email. Its my brothers 40th birthday when we are there but after all the hassle he will be lucky to make it !!!!
