Thor and La Suite are two of the cities best. Like any other city in France, food and shopping is world class. the Fifth Avenue of the city are Avenue Jean Medecin, Rue Paradis and Avenue de Verdun. Also be sure to check out the local markets for great souvenirs. The night market in the summer is great for hand made goods. Spend your evenings lazing in the outdoor restaurants, some of the countries best oysters and sea foods are available in Nice. Salade Nicoise is also a definite favourite!
