The Kenzi Europa is 100 meters from Agadir beach and 300 meters from downtown Agadir, in the middle of lively streets, luxury boutiques and restaurants.

The hotels restaurants and bars are the Le Ryad with International cuisine, El Ambra with Moroccan cuisine, Le Snack a pool-side café, Le Bar Anglais, piano bar, Le sphinx oriental cabaret and La terrace sphinx BBQ.

Sport facilities at the hotel include games, tennis, football, volleyball, handball, water-polo, gym, mini club with animation & children games (09:00-17:00), sun beds, parasols and towels by the pool & at the beach as well as evening animation offering Morrocan night, theatre evening, theme nights, card decks, parlour games, shows and live music till 24:00.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:30-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-12:00), light lunch (12:30-15:00) and theme dinner (19:00-22:00, Italian, Spanish, international, etc), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant, late breakfast at the snack bar and lunch by the pool. Lunch for children is also available. During meals local wine (white, rose, red), water, lemonades and local draught beer are offered. Tea & coffee time with pastries is between 15:00 & 17:00 around the pool. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like water, coffee, tea, juices, draught beer, wine, gin, vodka, manzana, highlander, etc are served from 10:00-24:00 at the bar. In-room mini bars are filled with a bottle of mineral water upon arrival (on request).

Luxury drinks are to be paid for. There is a 30% discount though on imported spirits for guests on AI basis. Safety deposit boxes, sauna, massage and beauty treatments, floodlit tennis, room service, laundry, boutiques, etc as well as the Le Sphinx cabaret bar are available at a charge. Please note that the all inclusive provides locally produced sprits only. The hotel however offers guests a 30% discount off imported brand spirits.

The hotel offers bureau de change, tobacco shop, boutiques, room service 24h/24h, laundry, table tennis and a pool heated during the winter time. There are also two meeting rooms with maximum capacity of 50 pax, pharmacy, Internet access, mini-foot, basket-ball, hand-ball, two tennis courts, soft entertainments, barber salon, fitness club, sauna, and hamman massage.
