The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner,
buffet or A la Carte style, served at the restaurants of the
hotel (10 in total). Amongst them it’s a buffet restaurant,
seven A la Carte ones and two Palapa snack bars. These are:

(D: 18:00-22:30, Continental cuisine), El Patio (D: 18:30-22:30,

Italian cuisine), Himitsu (D:18:30-10:30, Oriental cuisine),
Seaside Grill (L:12:00-16:00, D:18:30-22:30, steaks, American
& Tex Mex cuisine), Oceana Ocean Front (L:12:00-16:00, D:18:30-22:30,
grilled sea food), Sugar Reef (L:10:00-18:00, appetizers &
hot/cold snacks / swimwear), Racuda (L:10:00-18:00, salads &
sandwiches / swimwear). AI drinks including a wide selection
of premium brand beverages are served at the Rendez-vous (10:00–24:00),
Broadway (18:00–24:00), Café Café (10:00–24:00),
Manatee (10:00–18:00), Seaside Grill bar (12:00–16:00
& 18:30–22:30), Sugar Reef bar (10:00–18:00),
Racuda bar (10:00–18:00), Sports bar (24:00-12:00), Desires
night club (23:00–02:00), Casino (19:00–22:00) and
at the Mexicano (18:30–22:30).
Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness centre, basketball,
monster basketball, water polo, bocce ball, volley ball, billiards,
darts, ping pong, squash, rocket ball, tennis, horseback riding
(30min per person/stay), beach football, bicycles, croquet,
board games, archery, air riffle shutting, aerobics, water aerobics,
step, yoga, body surf, catamarans, scuba diving introduction
in pool, canoe, windsurfing, sunfish, snorkelling, Spanish classes,
dancing lessons, cooking classes, theme nights, managers cocktail
party and weekly beach dinner (weather permitting). Beach party
takes place on Tuesdays – weather permitting – offering
entertainment and Caribbean buffet dinner from 19:00-22:00.
There are 446 guest rooms, of which 446 are suite(s), each
offering Jacuzzi, balcony or terrace, satellite TV and coffee
maker. Guests staying in the Excellence Club receive VIP amenities
and services such as private concierge, private lounge serving
continental breakfast and afternoon hors doeuvres, upgraded
room amenities, daily newspaper, slippers and bathrobes, and
