Oliver’s Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and daily table d’hôte menu for enhanced dining diversity. An improved wine list has been added, and the food and beverage staff has received intensive service training. An open-air, beachfront establishment, Oliver’s will afford views as spectacular as the Creole and international cuisine being served.

Sea & Surf Bar: for a cool refreshment any time of day, or a pre- or post-dinner cocktail. This bar is located adjacent to Oliver’s, near the pool terrace. At the Sea & Surf Bar, guests can savor fine wines, top-shelf liquor and special tropical drinks, including the Spice Fantasy. Sea & Surf offers an a la carte menu featuring light tropical salads, grilled items and other appetizing specialties.

The Resident’s Lounge: framed by large French windows and doors that open onto the pool terrace and into the bar, the lounge provides a quiet haven so guests can read (after picking a selection from the small library), relax, or play a game of cards, backgammon or checkers.

Each of the Royal Private Pool suites features approximately 1,500 sq ft of space, outfitted with luxurious amenities. The suites consist of an expansive bedroom, living room and dining area, all featuring top-of- the line, custom-made rattan furniture. Added features are a stocked mini bar, television, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer, two air-conditioning units, ceiling fan, safety deposit box, radio, CD player and international direct dialing telephone system. The private patio and sun-deck include a table and four chairs for alfresco dining, and two chaise lounges for relaxing. Bathrooms feature a double whirlpool bath and are appointed with marble that not only covers the floors, but also reaches six feet in height on the walls. Each bathroom has twin wash basins and vanity for every couple’s convenience. Since the ultimate suite must have something special, we have included a sauna large enough for three people and a 16’ x 20’ swimming pool, set amid lush tropical gardens.
