breakfast, featuring tropical island fruits. At noon, the restaurant’s
buffet offers a wide range of great lunch options. In the evening,
Tradewinds offers a variety of nightly themed buffets including
Mexican, French, Caribbean and more.
On the beach the Palm Grill Restaurant is an a la carte venue
featuring St. Lucian and French cuisine. The Tea Tent presents
traditional tea each afternoon from 3 to 5. The Sundowner is
renowned for poolside cocktails and live music in the evenings.
Enjoy an ocean view at The Beach Bar, which serves until 1 am.
For unsurpassed elegance and white-glove service experience
the newly opened Nicole’s restaurant for a truly memorable
evening. For an array of your favourite beverages visit one
of the mixologists (bartenders!) at one of three bars. Pierre’s
Hideaway features a quiet atmosphere, signature drinks and a
scintillating view of the beach and ocean. Open at noon, you’ll
find late night snacks here between 11pm-1am. The Calypso Bar
is the place for island concoctions in a quaint, comfy bar and
lounge open daily from 11am-4pm. The newly renovated adult pool
is the venue of Bon View Bar located on a lush hilltop and serving
tropical libation in a most peaceful setting.
Standard rooms have a garden view, ground floor with terrace,
air-conditioning, colour TV with satellite channels, direct-dial
telephone, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board and clock
radio. Marble bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer, shaver
outlet, shower and tub. All rooms have a terrace with two chairs
and a table.
