April 2012 - staying at HILTON GARDEN INN HOTEL
Very clean, really helpful and friendly staff. Location was great - it took less than 10 minutes to get to the bus station in Venice. We paid 1.30 Euros from the airport to the hotel (bus number 15) and it costs 2.60 for a return to Venice. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Venice.March 2012 - staying at PIAVE HOTEL

September 2011 - staying at FOSCARINI
Lovely hotel. Staff very professional and welcoming. Rooms clean and spacious. Had to ask for more hangers - they quickly appeared.Train station very close via pathway and only two stops (20 min) to Venice.
Avoid room 401 as some people slammed nearby external fire door both early and late. Tv had no english channels, but 96 hours of internet access most welcome.
August 2011 - staying at VILLA FOSCARINI
We loved our room at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay: everything was spotlessly clean, bedding and towels changed frequently and the air conditioning was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful; we were given a rail timetable and local map on arrival which were invaluable during the week. On arrival the room was clean and comfortable, A little surprised not to have tea&coffee making facilities in a 4 star hotel. Disappointed that sheets weren't changes after 2nd night when the childrens' bed clearly needed doing. Breakfast buffet was very good. My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay in Venice, organised by you. Everything went smoothly. The hotel you organised - the PAPADOPOLI - was superb. The location of the hotel, a few minutes' walk from both the railway station and the bus station (with access to the Airport), a vaporetto stop nearby, and excellet little trattoria nearby, was as good as your could find anywhere in the cirty. Though at the junction of a side canal and the Grand Canal, it was quiet; and clean, very comfortable, and exceedingly helpful staff - at all hours of day and night. The self-service breakfast in the beautiful dining room could not have been bettter. The bedroom was spatious, with a view of the canal, and very comfortable, with air-conditioning; the bathroom was excellently equipped, with clean linen daily, and both it and the bedroom immaculately clean.We would particularly mention the helfpulness and efficiency of Luisa Palmieri (spelling?) - who did everying with accuarcy, speed and friendliness; and her efforts to find a good hotel, considerring it was Carnival week, outstading. Your firm enabled us to have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

September 2010 - staying at LA FENICE ET DES ARTIS
What a delightful old-fashioned hotel, just the way I like them. It's a pity that they did not know I was coming. It took several days to get this sorted out, though it inconvenienced me very little, thanks to the very helpful staff.It is also a pity that you sent me to the wrong terminal at Gatwick. Thankfully I was in good time but it is still rather a drag to change terminals.
In summary, flight good, hotel excellent (Venice needs no hype from me). Fleetway could -and should- do better.
August 2010 - staying at RIGEL ON THE LIDO
The hotel was great - in a good location for main travel points ie waterbus to otherparts of Venice. Also the staff were very helpful and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It was also in good location for restaurants and bars . Breakfast was also very nice - enjoyable stay at Venice.
