Excellent Hotel,free welcome drink,dressing gowns, slippers a bottle of water,a bottle of wine and chocolates all as a welcome in the room.Excellent views you would die for,lovely food with free wine / soft with evening meal.4\5 pm free coffee and cake .Only down side Air con a bit hit and miss
July 2010 - staying at EUROPA
We really enjoyed this trip, although its was a little too hot (not your fault!!) The hotel was very comfortable, right on the lake and less than a 5 min walk to the main square. The taxi fare was just as Luisa said it would be, and getting around by bus and water taxi was very easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a bit of a budget, the family who ran it were so helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate. Thank you.
September 2009 - staying at ALL'AZZURRO
Pleasant and helpful staff but very limited menu - not of 4 star quality - and the hotel is in need of maintenance and staff! Do not pay your 10 euro deposit for the safe key if you have to leave the hotel before 8am as there is no-one available to refund your deposit ( a nice little bonus for the hotel?)
August 2009 - staying at CRISTALLO HOTEL
Exceptionally clean hotel , food good ,15 minute walk in to Malcesine centre which was pleasant as partly along lakeside. Malcesine got everything - except taxis ! So, wherever your hotel is be prepared to walk back to it from centre.
