September 2009 - staying at 4*RIVERSIDE HOLIDAY VILG

Tickets did not arrive via email until the day before departure, so we didnt know luggage or check in details.

Apartment was okay, but bathroom wasn't clean on arrival, we had a very noisy fridge which caused troubles sleeping, and the shower was merely a drizzle of water.

I liked North Cyprus but would not recommend the Riverside to anyone. We had trouble settling our room bill on the night before we left as there was no internet available in north cyprus and cash points were down. We asked if the hotel could invoice us to our home address but they refused, and the hotel manager was very rude to us demanding our credit card details before we left, which we did not want to leave with her.

A pleasant country, but a disappointing place to stay with unclean facilities and rude staff.
