September 2011 - staying at VICTORIA PALACE
Sunny beach great but hotel very poor, in no way is it 5 star. Food apauling and 2 days without towels or bed sheet changed at all.July 2011 - staying at REGATTA
Only booked a week before with Fleetway and had no trouble at all, checking in at both airports was easy. Wizz air was more comfortable than other budget lines i have flown with and would be happy to fly with them again.had a lovely week in the quieter Cacao Beach end of the sunny Beach resort. The Regatta hotel was a pleasant suprise, clean rooms/pool/general hotel, friendly staff and great service. i would happily stay there again. a few places to eat locally, would reccommend the serbian restaurant down the side of Nobel Hotel.
getting around is easy, regular buses and only 1lev each which is a bargain comparing to UK bus prices. The main resort of sunny beach is lively with lots of places to eat/drink. Would reccommend Nessebar for souviners and again only a short bus ride or a dotto train ride away.
Weather was fantastic all week!
All in all a brilliant holiday and i hope i will return to Bulgaria again.
July 2011 - staying at AZURRO HOTEL
Good hotel - nice rooms and pool area. Great location. Good value for money. Only adverse comment is that the reception staff can be rather surly and unhelpful.July 2010 - staying at AMFORA

May 2010 - staying at DIAMOND HOTEL
This review is mostly on the facts of the hotel and resort, my friend and I actually had a very good time in Bulgaria and would return if a cheap bargain came up. The Diamond Hotel was clean. The staff were all very rude except for a couple of staff namely the bellboy and the lady at the restaurant door. The hotel all inclusive bar was no more than a joke, located at the pool area and smaller than something you would hold at a BBQ. The hotel did have 2 other bars but they were not free. As advertised all inclusive included cocktails and ice creams - the cocktails were at a cost and the ice cream was at the evening meal only. The meals were OK, you could almost always find something to eat - it was generally cold or luke warm, so do use the microwave that is there! Also I would advise you to microwave your tea or coffee! We ate out mostly in the evening, very reasonable prices on food and drink outside of hotel. The hotel itself was an 18-30 venue for Germany and Dutch people, who were very rude and broke all of the curfew rules - so not much sleep to be had, which was unfair on the families there with small children. Sunny Beach itself is not for the faint hearted or prudish, almost every other bar has a female dancer on and there are lots of sex shops. Sunny Beach was very much catered for males. the hotel was lovely people were friendly after we got to know them, the view from our room was really nice had great weather apart from the last night it was a thunder storm. the only bad point was it was too quiet we would definatley go back again but during the season. thanks to your team we had a great holiday thanks fleetway!September 2009 - staying at RODOPI ZVETE FLORA PK
Flights & shuttles went according to plans, no problems.Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the food was plentiful and of good quality. The entertainment provided by the hotel was not very good and was very much biased ( Language ) towards the German clients who made up some 80% of the guests staying there.
Fleetway were effecient and helpful and the post strike was dealt with without undue problems. It was nice to be able to speak to a friendly call taker.
