March 2012 - staying at BEATRIZ COSTA

We stayed at this hotel some years ago but found the food had deteriated to the fact that we ate out for 5 nights and found the snacks at the poolside bar only luke waRM

Hotel was basic, but ok. Apart from breakfast food was a big let down, and was easily the worst by some distance of any previous all inclu holiday. Apart from the first night we ate out all the other evenings and most lunctimes

this hotel and the food was absolute dire we never ate or drank there so it was a waste of money a/i the room was a self catering appartment it was also tired and poor

November 2011 - staying at SANDS BEACH RESORT

Lovely clean resort with lots of facilities. Spacious apartment, but bed could have been a bit softer! Very friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Happy to recommend this location to all.

November 2011 - staying at SANDS BEACH RESORT

The apartment was very pleasant but we had expected it to be a 4 Star hotel as it came up under 4 Star accommodation. Unfortunately the food left much to be desired. The breakfasts were okay but with the same selection daily and the food and coffee being only warmish - never hot and the fruit juices never chilled. The evening meals were poor and we were definitely disappointed. Again, mostly lukewarm food and only the same gateau with synthetic cream and icecream for pudding daily. Definitely not 4*. Stayed at an H10 hotel in Lanzarote two years ago which was excellent by comparison.

The location of Sands Beach would have been adequate were we not so disappointed with the food and insufficient entertainment.

Apartments were clean and tidy nice quiet position friendly staff. Matargorda is a lovely resort with plenty of places to walk and lovely choice of restaurants this is the second time we have been and will be going back. Well done Fleetway travel again.

November 2011 - staying at SOL LANZAROTE APARTHOTEL.

Flight was very good and on time, First time with Ryanair , and will fly with them again without hesitation.
Hotel was in a very good location, staff very pleasant and helpful, the food quality however let it down, very much hit and miss.
Overall a very pleasant holiday.
Well done Fleetway.

November 2011 - staying at SOL APARTMENTS

Cleaned regularly, Helpful staff, No one on reception when we arrived at noon, which was a bit annoying. The bar staff had to ring to get the receptionist back. No ketttle, but did have a coffee machine. Not that we cared as we don't drink hot drinks. Would definately use again and recommend. Pool clean. Really liked these apartments for the price.

HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. ONLY DRAWBACK WERE THE LIFTS WHICH TOOK AGES TO COME AND WI-FI WASN'T STRONG ENOUGH.

November 2011 - staying at HL PARADISE ISLAND

holiday overall was good, hotel was nice 3* so got what we paid for the food was not good at all at the hotel so ate out a few times, the resort Playa blanca is very nice, there was building repairs going on in the apartments below ours so got woke up to the sound of power tools from 6 am every morning which we were not advised about so that was a major issue we had!! also there are many spanish customers at this hotel so they are catered to more than english customers and same with entertainment but it is good for kids
