May 2012 - staying at 4*/LAGOS DE CESAR
Hotel was definately not a 4* hotel. Entertainment each night was dreadful and the behaviour of some of the children defied description not once were they reprimanded by the staff or parents. The hotel was too far from any night life although the taxis and local transport were cheap.April 2012 - staying at DANIA MAGEC
The Accomodation was clean and comfortable .. Tea + Coffee facilities would have been nice ... these are usually basic items ... and more plug sockets ... only had one in room and this had fridge plugged in to it .. the lack of english info ... no reps at all for the hotel .. no information in english on the notice boards ... had no idea what was happening .. needed info on bus times and opening times .. lack of english very apparent .. met only one english person in hotel .. receptionist had broken english and didnt know what we wanted .. had to wait for change over staff to have an english speaking receptionist ..Hotel catered for the spanish and germans only .. but place was fine .. Just think if you are advertising a Hotel then once you get there you need INFORMATION but had none.
April 2012 - staying at BE LIVE PLAYA LA ARENA
Happy with the hotel and service, we have two young children. The accommodation was very good value for money. We were disappointed by the evening entertainment and there was no mention of gym costs, we assumed they were included as we were all inclusive but ended up costing an additional 50 euros to use the gym for the weekMarch 2012 - staying at VIGILIA PARK APARTMENTS
Your services were very professional and reliable but the vigilia park apartments were not what we were expecting, our apartment was fine but it was over a shopping mall which was,nt disclosed to us, so therefore the noise was not relaxing and the last two nights we hardly got any sleep as there was knocking from some diy and a drone frome a machine which I think came from a laundry room or something like, so I would not recommend these holiday apartmentsFebruary 2012 - staying at PALIA DON PEDRO
Holiday was fine, a litle spoiled by the weather, cold and windy most of the time. Hotel is old and could do with a refit, but staff were brilliant, food excellent, and animation team were super , working all day on and off, entertainment every night, snacks, pancakes and sandwiches available at different times throught the day, ice cream also i think it was for the children.February 2012 - staying at PARK Europe
The poor weather affected our holiday. Realise this is beyond anyone's control!Exceptionally cold. Pool was not heated, no swimming possible. Entertainment area, open plan, draughty and cold. On a more positive note, staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. Food was very good and plentiful. Situation was good for shops and walking along sea front.
