accomodation is definately 2 star only, very nice poeple and friendly resort, however based directly on the dual carriageway and very basic furnishings etc

From booking the holiday until returning home everything was as it should be excellent service and value for money. Would highly recommend and use again.

THIS WAS A GREAT HOTEL EVERY THING WAS EXCELLENT. GREAT ROOMS, FOOD BAR AND STAFF ALL EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. ALL TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT SPOT ON INCLUDING TRANSFERS. WILL CERTAINLY BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL AND WOULD RECOMMENT TO FRIENDS

November 2011 - staying at CROWN RESORTS HORIZON

hotel is a four star and needs tidying up all round to stay as a four star catering management need to get to grips with the food mainly because it was not hot ever!!! in fact there was more than one occasion it looked disgusting and I am sure if it was presented to the top management they would refuse to eat it.
It was a shame that all the staff was eastern Europeans and no Greek Cypriots anywhere why!!!!!
I have to say though for what we paid for our holiday was good and will return even if it is to see if any improvement.

November 2011 - staying at ANNABELLE HOTEL

My husband and myself have just returned from this hotel after one weeks holiday there. We read many reviews about it before going - not before booking because we actually walked into the hotel a few years ago and fell in love with it- but there are many differences of opinion about Annabelle - some love it and some pull it down - well - to be honest I agree it isnt a 5 star class hotel - not due to the staff - who are very helpful - but more to the building being in need of some sprucing up - our room was facing the harbour and had we gone earlier in the year we would have spent some evenings on the balcony - but it was very cool there last week at night - but you could tell it was tired and needed freshening up. It was very clean though - no faults there. The drinks are expensive - but - we still had a few!
The food is good - not fantastic - different themed buffet every night - and the dessert chef should be shot because they are too nice and I wasnt able to resist them - hence a strict diet now before Christmas. Would we go again - of course - would we recommend it - yes - if you like somewhere quiet and sedate - not enough entertainment for us - would even have liked some piped music in the lobby bar.

November 2011 - staying at PAPHIESSA APARTMENTS

We were well pleased with the spacious well appointed one bedroom apartment. The road was noisy during the day but quiet at night. We could have done with a sunnier garden. We found it a bit of a trek to the beach and a little way to the bus stop but ok for able bodied. There was a lack of hanging space for towels in the bathroom. A hook would have useful. I did mention it to one of the manageresses but she was not interested.

October 2011 - staying at HILLTOP GARDEN HTL APTS

We enjoyed our holiday. The staff at Hilltop Garden were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped. Good value.

August 2011 - staying at 4* CAPITAL COAST

Had a wonderful time, stayed a superior delux room with my wife and two girls 19 & 23yds the room was excellent we had everything you could ask for flat screen tvs in the main bedroom, lounge, and the girls bedroom, main bathroom, ensuite to the main bath room, separate toilet, the kitchen had everything, washing machine, dishwasher fridgefreezer,microwave, toaster, smoothy maker , plus lots more the bacony was extra large, the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels, the food was nice always something you could eat, local shops nearby, the only critism was the general entertainment in the evening wasn't up to much, they have a few theme nights those were nice, I would return to the same hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful , book it you will enjoy , by the way we went for 10 days great holiday!!!

September 2011 - staying at LAURA BEACH HOTEL

What a holiday! The hotel despite being in need of a little TLC; was exceptionally clean, the food was plentiful with lots of choice, the staff were brilliant - ALL extremely hard working and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them!
