Blue Water Bay Village is a small community, located in the Protaras coastline. The location is superb for family holidays. There are several restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other amenities, just meters away. The centres of Paralimni and Protaras are just 5 minute drive each and Ayia Napa is less than 15 minutes drive away. A Serene Bay, located directly in front of Blue Water Village features a sandy beach with crystal waters, indeed what all of Protaras is famous for.

All villas have an open plan ground floor and 2 bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom. The area of the villa is 100 metres.
