Hi My room was ok but overlooked the car park,the food was average and the Resturant was dirty ,the flight was too cramped to fly for 5+hours.
Thankyou for booking the holiday these things are not your fault.

April 2012 - staying at FALCON NAAMA STAR

Good start when I was left at the airport with no transfer to resort although after phone call they did return to collect me. Hotel rooms as expected, staff curteous and helpful. Rules re drinks and food somewhat regimented, ie water wanted at 7.50am when on way to dive trip but not allowed until 8am. Unable to purchase extras whilst 'out of allotted hours'. No desserts left at 8pm!! However you get what you pay for and I didn't go for food. All in all I would return at the right price but would select somewhere better if with a partner.

wonderful hotel - amazing people, food and atosphere. loads to do, nice an big so you never sit in the same place twice. we are going back there in Oct

Brilliant hotel with the most friendly and welcoming staff you are ever likely to meet. A very bad experience on an excursion where the Tour Guide decided he could conduct himself in an extremely inappropriate manner with my girlfriend soured the trip. We booked through the hotel's trip operator thinking it would be safe and were very wrong.
We will return to The Oriental Resort in a heartbeat as it was a fantastic hotel but will not set foot off the grounds or book excursions anywhere.
My thanks to Eddie Murphy, Amir and Zacharaya - 3 brilliant members of staff who really made the holiday for us.

great hotel and location. very poor food and management would not return with current food and management

The hotel I stayed at desperately needed updating and it was the staff that made it as they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, sharks bay is very quiet as far as night life goes and to get anywhere you have to walk (to the beach - 20 mins) thats fine, or taxi or shuttle bus it looks like it is being developed but how long this will take is anyones guess.

the hotel was to far away from any entertainment. it would have been nice to have had somwhere to relax and have a nice meal in the evening . the hotel restraunt was basic and the bar was expensive .

March 2012 - staying at SAVOY SHARM HOTEL

The room required upgrading i.e.( furniture, shower, tv, coffee maker) the special HB wasn't quite what we expected and also the chicken that my wife had in the cafe Chico was off and consequently was slightly ill. I consider the rating of the hotel to be more of a 3 star than it's stated rating 5 star.

My room was in need of a makeover , all inclusive but had to pay for ice cream,
The advertised WiFi & internet service was not available throughout my stay.
Advertised 5* I would not rate above 3*. Will go back to Sharm but not to this resort. Weather excellent beach difficult to access apart from one small popular over crowded area. Airport meet and greet /transfers good.

March 2012 - staying at /SAVOY SHARM HOTEL

I booked half board but did not like the idea of easting sipper in a shopping mall ! The hotels policy of encouraging people to eat out in a Las Vegas type strip is not befitting of a 5 star hotel. The worst thing is that the hotel becomes soleless at night where there is a very limited menu.
