October 2011 - staying at AQUIS SANDY BEACH

Really good holiday, will certainly recommend.

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS

Brilliant

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS RODA BEACH RESORT

I found this hotel amazing will be going back couldn't find a fault only that spa wasn't open but we did go end of season. The room was out of this world couldn't believe we had our own private pool away from the main pool! Can't wait 2 go back

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS RODA BEACH RESORT

found the resort very nice staff very helpful
but came across many problems 1. wasps everywhere 2.all entertainment gone home 3. pool freezin same food lunch, dinner room very cold in night

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS RODA BEACH RESORT

The hotel was tidy and it looked like a five star, but it smelt like a sewage works. The staff could not care about the customers they were more interested in chatting to each other rather than serving or clearing tables. Some of the problems were, no hot water for 2 days, bar staff could not make a cocktail from the ingreadiants on the big sheet of contents on their own bar, the food was often cold and was basicly the same day after day, we only had bacon twice in seven days, I have had better food from a 3 star hotel, there was no entertainment at all and the staff started to remove parsols from the beach and sun loungers 3 days beore the end of the week.bars were closed and the variety of food was getting less and less. We did try the special chinese meal but that was about the same as sharwoods take away. The island was beutiful as we discoverd on a day trip organised by Lord travel that we found out from their stand at the hotel. No information about any excursions was provided by fleetway. And to top this holiday off my wife had food poisoning on the return journey and the only food we ate was breakfast at the hotel.

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS RODA BEACH

Fantastic hotel with everything and more that you would want for a break in October. The food was really good for an all inclusive deal. We had a variety of different dishes each night with an opportunity to sample real Greek cuisine. The puddings were to die for and I'm sure I have come back at least half a stone heavier as I could not resist the fresh crepes and chocolate ice cream. We loved being so near to the beach and although the sea was cold it was refreshing and clear. The hotel has many pools and again although not used alot due to the lower temperatures they did look nice lit up at night. We met friends on a day trip to Paxos who were staying in the Blue Beach hotel. They had a disaterous holiday due to moskitos and very poor food. We were so pleased that Fleetway Travel let us change our deal at the last minute when we read reviews on trip advisor. The Mitsis Roda Beach was excellent and the only thing I am going to complain about was the very poor night entertainment which was only an onsite childrens disco. We had only a choice of bars with free drink all night. What a shame that all the only choice we had was to get drunk each night!!!!!!!!!!!!!

October 2011 - staying at AQUIS AGHIOS GORDIOS

Very nice quiet adults only hotel. Food was amazing - best A/Inc I have had. Drinks OK but not always the branded spirits they state are used eg: they advertise they use Gordon's Gin but it was only available a couple of times. Branded soft drinks eg: Coca Cola Sprite etc Cocktails were Inc and good variety. Nice rooms Everywhere spotlessley clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Entertainment every night - some good - some not so. Lovely sandy beach but accessed by steps - not for those with walking difficulties. Overall lovely hotel but not for those looking for busy nightlife etc as it's in a remote and very quiet location with only a few bars and handful of shops in village 10 mins walk down the beach. Ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday in nice surroundings. Views and sunsets from hotel were amazing. Recommended to those who like r and r in nice hotel who like really good food Something different on menu every day and great variety and quality - compliments to chefs, management and all staff. Only suggestion to make hotel stay better would be provision of shuttle bus to nearby towns - would be happy to pay for this service otherwise unless you hired a car bus service was not great at this time of year - October 2011. All in all an enjoyable holiday

October 2011 - staying at MAREBLUE BEACH

Our booking with Fleetway was very efficient and we have no fault with you and will use you again. Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to our expectations. Food poor & cold. Far too many flies and midges, everyone was bitten a dozen or so times. The hotel is so remote, you can't seem to get anywhere without hiring transport.

October 2011 - staying at MITSIS RODA BEACH

Really nice hotel, good location, directly on the beach.
We arrived after 13.00 and were checked in straight away (check in time was from 14.30).
Amazing food in the main restaurant. Fresh gyros, meat, pasta, crepes every day. Lots of choice. The food in the 3 restaurants at the beach are ok, but got food poisoning from the greek restaurant.
Rooms very clean and of high standard.
Transfer takes 90 - 120 minutes, depending on which hotels are covered.
Hotel atmosphere and facilities lovely. Nice beach with plenty of sun beds and beach bar. Big main pool, plus plenty of smaller pools for the bungalow rooms.
Unfortunately it was nearly end of season and the staff wasn't in the best mood. Quite rude, no smile, but there were some staff members who made up for all the others.
Had a really good time.

September 2011 - staying at AQUIS PELEKAS BEACH

A really lovely hotel, in a truly spectacular location. Highly recommended. The room was really comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the beach just wonderful. It is a VERY steep climb up the hill into the village (a good 20 minutes) but it's well worth it - especially if you go the extra 10 minutes up to the truly spectacular Kaiser's Throne and Levant Hotel at the very top. Also, for walkers out there - look into the Corfu Trail which goes right by the hotel. On the down side, the food does get a bit 'samey', and there is so little Greek food in the buffet that it really is disappointing - also, as mentioned elsewhere - there is a very strong drains smell by the pool which can get overpowering sometimes. However, that didn't spoil anything and we had a wonderful holiday.
