About the Hotel

Club Lyda Hotel is a family-friendly resort situated on the lovely island of Crete, a walk away from 2 inviting beaches, on the outskirts of the resort of Gouves. There 140 comfortable guest rooms and small apartments available, set in large open garden areas, with pools for adults and children, and dining facilities. The resort offers an All Inclusive package for 2011, and is ideal for couples and families wanting a good base location from which to enjoy the beaches and explore the island. Club Lyda Hotel has close proximity to a host of restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife, and is all about a good fun family holiday, giving you the choice to laze or be active in the sun.

Hotel Facilities & Amenities

Food, drink and entertainment: Restaurant dining area with terrace, night bar, swim-up bar, poolside snack bar, TV room with wide-screen TV, and occasional entertainment programme in summer months includes daily activities 6 days/week, karaoke, theme nights etc.
Sport, games and activities: 3 outdoor freshwater swimming pools (1 pool is a family-friendly maximum 1m depth), extensive sun terraces with free sun beds and parasols, sauna & Jacuzzi (local charge), arcade games, billiards (local charge), beach water sports available (local charge), beach sun beds and parasols (local charge), and tourist mini train summer service to Gournes Cretan Aquarium.
For the kids: 2 outdoor freshwater children’s pools, Mini Club (4-12 years: July & August) supervised and operates for set times daily, and free cots and high chairs on request.
Additional: Reception Services, housekeeping, foreign exchange, Doctor on call service, laundry facility available on request (local charge), and free onsite parking. Ground floor accommodation by reception is more suited to guests with limited mobility.
