About the Hotel

The Terra Maris is a newly erected five-star luxury hotel right next to the Creta Maris resort hotel. Operating from May to September as an ultra All-Inclusive hotel it is the perfect setting for unforgettable top quality All-Inclusive Holidays. At the Terra Maris the choices are endless and it is the perfect choice for a family holiday. There are hours of fun for the children at the mini water-land (which covers 1053 square metres), which has slalom waterslides and a fully equipped playground. The hotel has 146 rooms in total on 4 floors and accessed by 9 lifts. All the main building rooms and bungalows are tastefully decorated and provide ideal accommodation for your stay.

Ultra All Inclusive Food & Restaurants

All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Breakfast is full American buffet served from 07:30-10:00, late continental breakfast is served from 10:00-11:00, lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner from 19:00-21:30. Children’s early suppers in buffet style are available from 01/07 – 30/08 between 19:30-20:00. Lunch and dinner are accompanied by soft drinks, juices, local draught and bottled beer and a choice of local bottle wine (served). There are 3 A la Carte restaurants, Pithos (Cretan rest.), Farfalla (Italian rest.) and a gourmet healthy food restaurant Monastiri (juices & selected local house wine). Pithos & Farfalla are open 5 times per week - reservation required one day in advance – serving a selection of appetizers, salads and main courses. (Please note that a dress code applies in all restaurants during evening meals). There are three self-service snack outlets within the complex serving soft drinks, juices, local draught, bottled beer & local house wine. The open air Tropical pool snack bar (10:00-19:00) & the After Dark snack bar (22:00-24:00) are serving hot & cold appetizers, snacks, ice cream &, fresh fruit. The Nireus beach snack bar is open 11:00-18:00 serving sandwiches, pizzas, salads, ice cream and fresh fruit. The Romantic Lobby bar (10:00-24:00), the self service beach bar (11:00-18:00), the self service Tropical pool bar (11:00-24:00), the Mini Disco (20:30-21:00) and the Disco (21:00-01:00) are serving soft drinks, juices, aperitifs, local draught & bottled beer, house wine per glass, brand name spirits, cocktails, champagne &a variety of coffees. Soft drinks, juices, local draught beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, brandy & Greek coffee are served at the Pithos Greek Kafenio from 11:00-18:00. (All are operating 7 days a week except from the Mini Disco & Disco). Snacks: hot & cold appetisers 10:00-19:00 & 22:00-24:00. Coffee time: coffee & tea varieties, biscuits & cookies 15:30-16:00. Ice cream: 11:00-18:00, 19:00-21:30 & 22:00-24:00. Room service: cold & hot snack, salads, variety of desserts 24:00-07:30. Gala dinner or theme buffet evening with live music once a week.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Floodlit artificial grass tennis court (1hr per day), mini golf, mountain bikes (1hr per day-over 16yrs old), mini floodlit football court (1hr per day); for all the above reservation is required. Day & evening animation programme (six days a week) including water polo, darts, gymnastics, aerobics, aqua gym, billiards, boccia, table tennis, Syrtaki lessons, board games, quiz games, dance competitions, bingo & various tournaments. Once a week Greek or Zorbas music evening with international live band. Disco 5 days a week. Swimming pools: main active pool, relax pithos pool, children’s pools (4), children’s pool with waterslides (only for children aged 7 years old and up) and indoor pool. All of them are to be used between 08:00-19:00. sun beds, swim towels & umbrellas are provided. Showers, changing rooms & WC are available. Beach facilities 10:00-18:00: sun beds, beach towels, umbrellas, showers, changing cabins, WC, lifeguard on duty, canoes & pedaloes (1hr per day-reservation required). Children’s facilities (6-14 years old): mini disco, mini shows, competitions, videos with cartoons, children’s films, children’s pools, playground, water-land with two waterslides, mini club (6 days a week), baby chairs in restaurants & baby cots upon request. A Wellness centre for those who want to relax offers gym (trainer six days a week, 07:00-10:00), sauna, Jacuzzi & hammam (reservation required). Hairdresser (hairstyling) and beauty treatments such as face treatment (face massage) and body treatments (oil massage & back massage) only upon reservation 3 days in advance (1 session per stay in each category, per person, for minimum 6-day stays. Terra Maris is partners with the Crete Golf Club (Desert Style, 18 Holes, 10-minute drive from the Hotel). 1 green-fee game per room for minimum 6-day stays – transfer included. Reservation required 50 days in advance. Buggies & driving range balls are not included.
