October 2011 - staying at AQUIS MARINE RESORT
A nice hotel but really a 3 star not a 4 staff were friendly especially iqbar the pool attendant he was great with all the kids food was average a bit repetitive but good entertainment poor nearly everything was in german even the kids disco which was a let down but even so we had a great timeSeptember 2011 - staying at LYDIA APARTMENTS
Pleasant place . Not on a bus route . Far from the beach . Can hire bikes , scooters etc at end of road. Not equiped for self catering , no toaster but a coffee maker . Think due to be re-ferbished . Would I go again - NOSeptember 2011 - staying at MITSIS SERITA BEACH HOTEL
Whilst the hotel may be considered a 5-star in Crete, it was not a 5-star by Western standards, and this should be taken into consideration. The staff were helpful and multilingual, and the food was fairly varied, but simple things like there being no water in the rooms when we arrived (at 5am) and no vending machine (or cashpoint) let this otherwise fine hotel down. A fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff , food choice and quality was first class. With out doubt the best hotel I've stayed at and the weather was excellent despite the end of season period. Would highly recommend the hotel!!September 2011 - staying at AEGEAN VILLAGE HOTEL

Hotel staff very pleasent and helpful on arrival upgraded our accommodation at no extra cost it was complimentary Wonderful !My husband was taken ill at the end of our holiday again the hotel staff could not have been more kind or helpful and understanding ....
Hotel itself was very clean Food plentyful and good catering for all tastes
The only point of concern was a bit more lighting good be provided on the steps the hotel has a lot of flight of steps .and quite dark in certain places
Would we book again we all said yes and would take more of family and friends and maybe next year to book one of the hotels villas which looked grand
Thank you fleetway for a holiday that has made lovely memories and would have no hesitation in booking with your company again communication was excellent
