The Fleetway service was exemplary. The consultant was clear and went through all the details, which were prompty followed up with several e-mails containing all the important information.The hotel was excellent and I can confirm the reviews on Tripadvisor which note the excellent breakfast and easy access to public transport.

My partner and I visited this hotel at the end of July for seven nights. The hotel location is very good as it is closer to shpping, restaurants, railway and bus stations and to take a boat along the lakes. Lecco was a good location as it has good transport links to explore all three lakes of Como. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is the best we have had in Europe. It consists of many options and the atmosphere is very friendly and relax. The room we stayed was a standard room. It was clean and in a good decorative order. Bathroom was good especially the shower. It was so good to have a wonderful shower in the morning. The view was amazing as we were overlooking the river and the mountains. We explored the other lakes, found fantastic bargains in exclusive shops. All in all this was a very enjoyable holiday. We had a great time. The booking with fleet travel was also easy and absoultely no problem. We highly recommend the whole package.
