September 2011 - staying at LEONARDO DA VINCI

We had alovely week at the hotel Leonardo Da Vinci. The was a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Lunch was modest. The self service all inclusive worked well. The gym was very simple needs up dating but thr indoor pool excellent. Some good entertainment. Lots of travel from the airport.

July 2011 - staying at PARC HOTEL

Excellent service and value from Fleetway - I have recommended them to friends at home and people we met on holiday.
We had a wonderful time - great hotel and location. Perfect.

July 2011 - staying at GOLF HOTEL CA' DEGLI ULIV

Lovely hotel, but up a mountain, so it cost a lot in taxi fares to get anywhere. We weren't aware of this when we booked it. The staff were all very friendly, but when we arrived there, it was quite late - about 7 p.m. - after a day travelling, they didn't have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel, even further up the mountain for the night. The room in this hotel was not very nice and the food was awful. They brought us back the next morning and we were eventually able to get into our room, after waiting around for a bit. The room was very nice, but with very little storage space. We always travel with Fleetway and are always very happy with the service. We had a great holiday and the hotel was really lovely, with fabulous, panoramic views and the staff were very polite and helpful, but it was a little out of the way. We also felt that we lost a day because of the problem with our room when we arrived. Beautiful location if you are happy just to play golf, or if you have a car and can get around easily. We like to get out and see as much as possible and it was a bit more difficult from here.

June 2011 - staying at SAVOY PALACE

Fantastic hotel which had the feel of a hotel with more stars. Very friendly staff who couldnt do enough to make your holiday special. The owner Mr Tonnelli was often there too lending a helping hand and socialising with his guets. Our deal included free wine and water with the meal although had we had to pay for drinks they were not as expensive as normal hotel prices. The brochure could do with quoting that pool towels are also provided free of charge. As well as great food, drink and staff the locaton was excellent too - the lake just across the road, has a wonderful walk along the promenade to the town centre, but beware of all the passing bikes! My father has kidney failure and it's only about 5 mins by car to the Arco dialysis centre. We'd definately come back again............a 5 star experience, thank you!

June 2011 - staying at BAIA

Wonderful holiday! Met at the airport and transfer all arranged( we did have concerns as the booking did not specify this). Lovely family run hotel, small ,spotless and peacfully quiet. Freshly cooked local food, all italian and plenty of choice. This is a real gem if you want an escape break. Will return hopefully.

August 2010 - staying at TREMEZZO PALACE

Wow factor in abundance.Great service to match the looks. The only downside was the bar prices. They where double or triple the local restaurants nearby. You do get great views from the bar areas and the service is very good, I guess its your choice.

June 2010 - staying at SAN PIETRO HOTEL

We really enjoyed our holiday - it would be really helpful to include a transfer in the package though as that is quite difficult to arrange. The hotel is nice, if a little old fashioned, and we were one of few English couples staying there. Staff were polite and helpful (and multi-lingual) but Wifi would be a significant addition to the hotel's repertoire.

September 2009 - staying at SPLENDID PALACE

The best holiday my wife and I have ever been on!! From the moment we left Manchester Airport until the minute we got home we could not fault a thing. We will be sure to book our next holiday with yourselves

September 2009 - staying at HOTEL LA LIMONAIA

The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful views across the lake, its definately better though if u are lucky enough to get one of the new apartments as they have two levels and plenty of space. We found both of our reps extremely helpful both in resort and on the excursions we did. The trips to Venice and up the Dolomites are definately worth doing!! The lake itself is lovely and you can go swimming in it but watch out because there is a gravel beach which can be painful on your feet. The only complaints that we had about our trip was that the local people were very abrupt and rude, often serving other Italians or Germans ahead of you even if you were in the queue first. We also disliked the fact that our balcony didnt have a light which meant that we relied on the people next door turning on their lights to be able to sit out there and read. All in all though the holiday was a lot of fun and we would return again.
