The Neapolitan Riviera, sometimes referred to as the Italian Riviera or the Sorrento Coast, is a beautiful area clustered around the Bay of Naples on the west coast of southern Italy. As a summer travel destination the Neapolitan Rivera offers a rugged coastline, beautiful walks, beaches, excellent local produce, and a range of chic resorts. Whilst the Neapolitan Riviera Italy is perhaps best known for the luxurious hotels of Sorrento, if you’re willing to consider last minute travel or travel out of season, it’s also a good destination for a cheap holiday.
