February 2010 - staying at VILLA PARADISO

Nothing but praise for Hotel Paradiso, lovely, staff all so helpful and friendly, especially with my 2 year old girl. Id go back to Sicily just to stay there again! The views from the restauraunt and from our room(looking at Mt Etna and the sea) were absolutley gorgeous. The only disappointment we had was not being able to get the hire car we'd paid for(!) unless we handed over 600 euro's but at least that meant we relaxed more in the lovely town of Taormina

September 2009 - staying at SAN VINCENZO HOTEL

The Hotel was good, rooms spotless, all staff very friendly and helpful. Food was OK with regional dishes included on the menu.

The hotel is actually in Letojanni, a good 5km or so along the coast from Taormina. If all you want is a beach resort it is fine, and buses to get around are good, but we would have preferred to be closer to Taormina, as we thought we would be.
