June 2010 - staying at VILA GALE CASCAIS

A comfortable hotel well located for the town of Cascais and local transport. The rooms are of a good standard, clean and well equipped. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and seafront with a balcony. We considered this to be an excellent position. The food is adequate but lacks variety.
Cascais is a lively bustling town with plenty of restaurants, shops and good transport links. Train and bus fares are very cheap. We would recommend the area. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would return another year.
