May 2012 - staying at Royal Beach Hotel
Flights great, hotel good, staff helpful, food ok, unfortunately hotel was a transit camp for children and students plus hen and stag parties with noisy Brits only had two nights sleep in ten. This was the worst hotel for noise that we have experienced in many years of going to Spain.April 2012 - staying at FRIGOLA
Staff at the Frigola were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, apart from the barmaid who lacked customer skills she definately is not a people's person and is in the wrong job, she had no personality, was rude, ignorant, arrogrant, and should not be working behind a bar serving holiday makers.The Frigola/Flamingo is situated in the centre of the livilest
part of Llorette, the noise from the disco's/bars went on non-stop from early evening until 6am the following day, don't expect much sleep. The Frigola does not cater for children, no activities or entertainment. Food was something else, does not cater for the English only Spanish and French visitors, limited choice of food and the same choices every night. Not good for All Inclusive, waste of money.
I do not reccomend the Frigola for families with young children or for the English
We could not wait to get home and that is bad.
April 2012 - staying at HTOP ROYAL SUN
The Htop Royal Sun is one of the older Hotels in Santa Susanna and looks a bit old and dowdy compared with other Hotels. It is in a great location for the beach which is on the doorstep of Hotel. We were very disappointed with our room which was the smallest room i have ever seen. On the first night due to lack of space i bumped into base of bed which was on metal legs and i had a very bruised toe and feel i may have to get a xray to me toe as it feels as if there is more damage than a bruise. If i need medical attention i will be making a complaint as this injury was due to no space in the bedroom. The day we arrived i went to reception and asked to be moved and was informed that all rooms were same size which was not the case as we were offered a bigger room the next day which was better but have been in nicer. The food was fine but a bit tasteless and by end of holiday we went out to eat. The bar area was good and service was good but entertainment not that good. I would not return to Santa Susanna as there is much nicer resorts.November 2011 - staying at Royal Beach Hotel HTop
We were a group of 8 older friends and we had booked to stay at the Amaika Hotel in Callela, unfortunately this hotel closed suddenly and Fleetway Travel informed us immediately and were very efficient in arranging for us to stay at another hotel in the HTop chain, the " Royal Beach" in LLoret. I have to say the Hotel wasnt the best I have stayed in, everything was looking really tired and a bit run down, the food wasnt spectaular but the whole place was clean and the staff were wonderful, If you are looking for luxury, fabulous meals and a quiet holiday, this isnt the place for you, we had a wonderful few days, the only thing that spoiled it for us was some thugs from the uk. I will be using Fleetway to book our holidays again, they are "5 star"November 2011 - staying at SAMBA HOTEL

November 2011 - staying at htop royal beach
Hotel was clean. Food was good.All in all for the price we paid it was very good value for money. The staff on the whole were very pleasant, all except for one of the staff. The system they have for getting a drink is absolutely ridiculous---you have to take your id card and another card to get your drink,when your glass is empty you will get another drink or your card back. If you are in a group you all have to queue--this caused no end of rows with the staff--which can ultimately spoil the holiday. Plus the only drinks worth drinking are the beer and the soft drinks.I would not return to this hotel
