May 2012 - staying at BLUE SEA LA PINTA
The hotel was basic, food was boring and very repetative! but the staff were lovely! no evening or day entertainment so quite dull and we had a few ants in our room. Its ok if you want basic and quiet but needs a bit of entertainment or something as most people were going off to eat and look elsewhere for entertainment. Fran the barman deserves a pay rise very lovely and always looked after us !
May 2012 - staying at IBEROSTAR CIUDAD BLANCO
Firstlythe plane was delayed 3 hours and then the airline 'lost' ALL the pushchairs from our flight, leaving us without one for over 24 hours. Hotel was very nice, staff amazing and good location.
April 2012 - staying at FLAMBOYAN CARIBE
the holiday started well with the booking the flight and getting to the hotel, the frist night we were up untill 6.30 in the morning with the noise outside the hotel, that is normal for magalluf we were told, which is great if your 18 to 30 but not at are age, just wish we were told about it, we changed rooms to sea front which was much better. the food wasn,t good, the fish we had for lunch had a sauce put on it for dinner, when it came to the end of the week we couldn,t eat at all it was bad, it was a 4 star but more like a 2 star.
April 2012 - staying at BELLEVUE CLUB
Bellevue Club as a complex is very large and well equipped with amenities set in beautiful grounds. Numerous pools and plenty of things for the kids to do leaving you time to relax. The rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. Dont expect a budget holiday with expensive comforts thrown in. We didnt sample the food or beverages there but from what Ive heard, dont get your hopes up too much. But again, you get what you pay for and most all inclusive buffets in Spain aren't much to rave about anyway.
Cheap & cheerful set in wonderful grounds, ideally located right next to the main strip and Alcudia is a beautiful place to visit.
April 2012 - staying at ILLOT PARK
good accomodation, howevever was very Basic rooms, says have spa but four days no one at reception to book spa, Turkish bath never on, when inquire not available at this hotel but other lLLOT SUITE HOTEL has all facilities and Mordern hotel. Food Drink can't complain was very good over all enjoyed.
February 2012 - staying at PALMA BAY CLUB RESORT (IN
The hotel (full of OAPs) but was nice unfortunately we stayed in an external block called Gobi it was a lovely room but very very small the beds were rock hard very uncomfortable the view from the balcony was a wall the height of the hotel the food was repetative and not nice I was ill for 2 days which i can only put down to the food
February 2012 - staying at CLUB SIMO II
When we got to the hotel there was groups of young people there to play tennis (lots of them) the children were playing and was told to shush by one of the umpires which they was not being loud they was just laughing and having fun, my son in law went to complain and was told by the rude receptionist you should keep your kids under control, they aren't naughty children and should be able to have fun when away on a holiday. We would not of came to the hotel knowing this was going on a tennis tournament it should of been put down as a sports holiday. We were put in apartments away from the hotel the weather was cold and the apartments were freezing 3 of the members of the party got terrible colds cause they could not get warm at night, one lady when we arrived was leaving early as she could not get warm. The apartments did not have sky like the rest of the hotel and it was as though we was put into a place when they had no room left in the hotel. The grandchildren went swimming and there was poo in the swimming pool which was left, so they only went swimming that once as this had put them off. The food was very nice and I could not fault it.

very clean hotel lovely location just indoor pool out of order so disappointed couldn't swim. rooms ok food excellent. reception very slow at checking you in and did not really understand English speaking people very German dominated. would not go again but would not complain about standards.

just got back from a weeks break in sa coma. booked this holiday because it was cheap as chips. hotel was bit tatty looking and could do with a refurb. on the other hand that would push prices up. the room was cleaned every day. its the only hotel ive been to that hasn't caused me skin irritation or sneezing. bedding spotless, beds crap. food was edible but you knew what would be on menu. breakfast was good. staff worked their nuts off. eat out half the time which is what we planned on doing. pretty good overall i would say. didnt use bar at night but could do and spend nothing but that would be boring. sa coma is a top place to visit.....
