May 2012 - staying at 3*/HTOP MOLINOS PARKL
did not realise just how far out of Salou the molinos park was.I feel the hotel was a bit run down.The plumbing is in need of upgrading as the showers were basicly non existant.The entertainment was very average and the entrtainment team was very amateurish.maid service and the restaurant were excelentOctober 2011 - staying at BLAUMAR HOTEL
Lovely hotel very clean and the rooms are so big plenty of space . The only problem that we had was that the food was cold no matter when you went it was always cold , which was a shame as there was plenty of choice and very good food , but not if you want it hot .October 2011 - staying at HOTEL SALOU PARK

Firstly i would like to thank Fleetway Travel. Everything was sorted for us, always someone polite and helpful at the end of the phone. Hotel was fine. Hard to give a true review as we were there as it was shutting down for winter. The windows were being white washed and pictures were being covered up as we waited for taxi to the airport! Restaurant manager was lovely. One member of the bar staff was soooo miserable you felt guilty asking for a drink! Location was fine...across the road from a beautiful beach. If you get a 10 or 20 Euro bus card you will save lots on fares if you plan to use the Plana bus service. I was very disappointed with the accommodation, it was supposed to be 4 star but on arrival we found the apartment was filthy, after walking around barefoot for a short time our feet were black, the electricity kept tripping off, washing machine did not work, barely enough hot water for one shower which was very poor anyway, sheets did not fit the beds, the swimming pool was closed and they would only give us 1 key between 4 of us. After paying the amount of money we did for this holiday i felt very let down, i actually stayed the last 2 nights in a hotel down the road which was fantastic in comparison.I would never stay here again
October 2011 - staying at ZEUS ALBATROS APARTMENTS
Apartments were spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Staff very friendly. Plenty of room in the pool area and bistro but we did go at the end of the season. On a steep hill but close to the beaches. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, very satisfied. Would go again.September 2011 - staying at MED PLAYA PYRAMIDE

All in All, a very good experience and holiday.Your representative who booked it for us, (Michael Thomson I think) was very good, your service very good. All details there for us on emails received.
At resort hotel, all the hotel staff were very good, receptionists, dining staff, cleaners, all seemed to be pleasant and friendly.
We travelled around by public transport. The trains were for us on time.
Tourist office good and we found good information, but not many people seemed to know too much about the bus services from Calafell which was a pity as we could have used them more to travel to local villages. (though this is a comment for the bus operators not for anyone we spoke to!).
Buses around Reus and airport seemed very good and on time.
We travelled to/from resort using airport bus to Reus then trains to Calafell, all on time.
