Established in 2002, this fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 127 rooms including 39 apartments, spread across 13 floors. The family-friendly hotel welcomes guests in an elegant lobby where there is a 24-hour reception desk and several lifts. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, a breakfast room, and a public Internet connection. All guests may take advantage of the laundry service and the launderette facility, and parking spaces are available for those arriving by car.

Each of the studios and apartments comes with a combined bedroom/ lounge area and en suite bathroom with a shower unit and hairdryer. Further standard fittings include a direct dial telephone, a radio, satellite/ cable TV with a VCR, and Internet access. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed, and an iron and ironing board are also provided in every room as standard. The air conditioning and heating are centrally regulated. The apartments additionally come with a separate bedroom.
