November 2011 - staying at TEK MARHABA

Good Hotel reception. No arrangements for food following a delayed flight and missed out on a Dinner. Hotel is Shabby upstairs and they have not heard of disinfectant the toilet Stunk and did not Flush properly, No Hot water for the Basin, Bed Hard. restaurant Food Good but after 4/5 days is Monotoneus, but for £199 for 7 days including flight we survived. pleasant Staff who need the TIPS

November 2011 - staying at TEJ MARHABA

dubious start because of room malfunctions but this was soon sorted by reception, when settled in we found room was spacious as was bathroom, carpets were a little soiled but the room was nice and clean as was linen.Food was plentiful and a good choice to suit most tastes.
Dissapointed that indoor pool was not open due to reovatoin but weather was good so had to use outdoor pool which was very large, alas water was quite cold. However my wife and i enjoyed our holiday and we would go back there.
We are very happy the way Fleetway Travel handled our booking and i will use them again without hesitation.

November 2011 - staying at TEJ MARHABA

The hotel is going through a major and much needed refurb. The new lifts almost cut you in half if your not quick enough and the rooms are dated. The communal areas are cmfortable, spacious and well equipt.if you're a smoker, you will be happy, if not, its outside I'm afraid as the 'no smoking area' is great, but the guy selling jewellery there smokes like a trooper! The pool is freezing (it was November) but big enough and clean. The sunbeds are comfortable and there are plenty. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. If you tip them, they will look after you and you dont have to tip them alot. The food is ok, breakfast is the same everyday and the evening meal is varied and tasty. You may get some noise from the main road if you have a room at the rear of the hotel, we did, but found it wasn't hard to sleep, just noisey during the day but we weren't bothered bythis as we only spent minimal time in it. On the whole we had a great holiday considering the cost. The hotel isn't the best, but waying up the pros and cons we had no complaints. Good weather and great people are what really make a holiday.

October 2011 - staying at KAISER HOTEL

whoop, glad to be back home! 7 days here is a bit too long (that goes for sousse in general). its an ok holiday in general, but i much preferred greek islands and turkey! they are better value for money than this place. however, the sahara excursion is a definate must, but this can be done in two days, no need to stay in sousse! i wonder if tunis is better??

September 2010 - staying at MOVENPICK SOUSSE HOTEL

Really enjoyed our ten night all inclusive break at this newish Movenpick hotel, transfers good both ways, hotel location good, beach area good, no hassle from beach sellars who took no for an answer, pool area great and salt water pool a bit different. New inside/outside marine spa about to open as we left. Wide variety of themed food every day including daily local dishes (forget stodgy english fare and try the food here, always something even for picky eaters. Staff pleasant and helful throughout. Russian guests have taken over from Germans as rudest/arrogant by far, not pleasant to staff or other guests. Full marks to Fleetway for organising our break at such short notice. Fleetway also took care of our Crete booking in June this year and we will back for our next break early next year, well done.

August 2010 - staying at KAISER HOTEL

good experience at this hotel. room was serviced daily, staff all friendly and very helpful. food good. would definately recommend it.

July 2010 - staying at KAISER HOTEL

Hotel was basic, clean and great for our holiday, however the pool was a bit on the small side for that size of hotel. Food was basic but excellent quiality and the pizza cafe was excellent value. The weather was perfect every day. only negatives were the state of the local horses pulling the carriages, so we spent an hour each day feeding them apples, pears and sugar lumps at a cost of 4 dinar (£2) per day total for 18 horses. (yes, it is that cheap there) Beach was lovely and near the hotel, but watch out for jellyfish as i was stung twice by invisible long strands in the water no where near an actual jellyfish. Overall, a really good holiday

April 2010 - staying at RIADH PALMS

I loved the holiday, weather could have been a bit better......did make a mistake by goin to tunis airport and not monastir, but we did get to see more of tunisia

November 2009 - staying at RIADH PALMS HOTEL

Fantastic holiday, really enjoyed our week there. Transfer was great and the driver was really friendly! On arrival at the hotel they ensured we had something to eat and drink straightaway and then showed us to our room. It is apparent that the country works on tips and most employees appear to be paid low amounts for their salaries. Hotel was clean and had some good facilities the staff could not do enough for us. All round for a last minute holiday it was great! Thank you Fleetway
