May 2012 - staying at NERGIS BEACH HOTEL

on arrival at hotel at 03.00 am we were told we were in a different hotel, it was next door, apparently another block of Nergis Beach but still inconvenient as my mother had walking difficulties. However, room was nice, and could have moved the next day. View from room which was offered the next day looked on to a brick wall so stayed where we were. Only problem was that being all inclusive we were unable to get even a cup of tea from the block we were staying in without paying, not good at all. If the room was part of the Nergis Beach hotel, they should have an arrangment for guests to at least have a drink as part of the all inclusive deal. Not entirely happy with this arrangement. Would like to discuss. Also towels on sun beds a major issue as i had to get up at 6.30 to secure a sunbed ! It clearly stated on printed info that this would not be tolerated and management would remove towels, they didn't ! we did mention this at reception. Food was ok but repeatative, toaster took 5 attempts to toast to a decent colour ! Everyone was complaining about this as one morning i stood for over 20 mins to get a slice of toast, ridiculous. 3 and half hour delay on return journey, second delay with monarch in 6 months. Will book alternative airline next time.

Travel was excellent. Hotel was very good, clean and very well kept. Food was very nice and bountiful, however had a strong Turkish tradition. Always lots of nice fresh salads and bread.

October 2011 - staying at MY MERIC HOTEL

TO ANYONE THINKING OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL THINK TWICE IF YOU LIKE HOT SHOWERS IN MORNINGS BECAUSE ME AND MY PARTNER HAD ONE HOT SHOWER IN TWO WEEKS. THE BALCONY DOOR HANDLE WAS FALLING OFF,NO MAIN LIGHT IN ROOM AND LAST TWO DAYS OF STAY WE WERE OVER RUN WITH EARWIGS IN ROOM HAD TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PUTTING IT ON AND THE HAIR DRYER IN BATHROOM SET ON FIRE TOOK THEM FOUR DAYS TO REPLACE IT.STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL.ON A GOOD NOTE THE PEOPLE IN TURUNC ARE LOVELY JUST A SHAME ABOUT THE HOTEL

September 2011 - staying at AKDENIZ BEACH HOTEL

Good value for money. The staff are very helpful & friendly. The location is good, about 100 meters to the beach & close to all other amenities. The food is OK for an all inclusive & the staff do their best to vary it.
On the downside, the double bed was hard & uncomfortable & the cockerel tries to wake you up at 5am every morning. The entertainment is lacking & could be vastly improved. If you hire a car, beware of the risk of damage, as our hire car was badly dented on 2 doors overnight by person/s unknown in the hotel car park, which has no security cameras.
Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

absolute garbage
no entertainment, pool bar closes every mealtime for 2 hours and the manager walks round all day making people feel so uncomfortable and in the evening i was told one person one drink so i couldnt even get my partner a drink prety poor for all inclusive the only upside were the staff and it was clean.the owner and manageress were not interested would not recommened

this hotel doesn't deserve all it's bad reviews. Yes it's unfortunate if you stay on a high street but you know that may happen befote you book. The food isn't great but you will never starve here, even the fussiest eater, including kids will find something nto eat.he staff are friendly and helpful and we were never traeted as second class to the russians or the turks, in fact we got on o.k with them all, if you are friendly towards them you get the respect back. If you want an all brits holiday then go to skegness.he entertainment was no worse than any 5* we have stayed in, the animation team tried hard during the day we never got much response and at night after the show (which we never watched) did liven up the main bar which incidently was one of the best outdoor bars we have had in terms of space, quality of drink (although limited as is usual in turkey)There is also a second bar and disco open til 2.00am if you feel inclined. We never had a problem with sunbeds got one at any time of the day.es the place is a bit tired and the rooms need a refurb but the place is clean and tidy. All in all we had a really good holiday herefor the low price paid. We would say to all the people who mhave given bad reviews-remember how much this holiday cost if you wqant 5* then pay for it

Had an excellent time, weather was fantastic and the hotel was brilliant. Could not fault the cleanliness and the upkeep of the Turquise Hotel and the food was of an amazing standard especially for an all inclusive, plenty of choice from breakfast all the way through. Will definitely be going again next year.

location was great hotel however was a discrace it was advertised as a four star it would just merit a two star food hardlly any choices no air con in dining area or in lounges the whole hotel is tired and badley in need of refurbishment.the grounds well looked after and pools clean we were lucky enough to be able to afford to eat out most days.i would suggest that you review your star rating.

Had a wonderful holiday, nice big rooms and really helpful staff. Hotel was in a lovely place and my partner and I had a lovely relaxing holiday. We would go back tomorrow.

September 2011 - staying at GREEN NATURE RESORT

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday,it was a bit too hot for us,I know some people are never satisfied. The resort was good although the swimming pools are too deep for non swimmers this was a problem for my husband. The staff were efficient and the food was very good although we missed the speciality restaurants which are usual at some all inclusive. The resort was larger than we expected one problem was that although there were plenty of sun beds They were very close together. The Fleetwood services were excellent your arrangements were first class. Everything linked up perfectly and the private taxi was well worth the extra money,no unnecessary stops. The rooms were good nothing over the top but adequate so no complaints. Thank you for organising a great for us.
