Holidays to Las Vegas are usually based around the Las Vegas Strip, a section of Las Vegas Boulevard South. If you can tear yourself away from the bright lights of the Strip, you might enjoy the 180 acre Las Vegas Springs Preserve, a huge natural park offering a peaceful refuge just three miles away from downtown Las Vegas. If you fancy a longer trip, the Grand Canyon, with its breathtaking views and spectacular red rocks, lies just a three hour drive away.
