4 star Ramayana Resort & Spa, Bali - Amazing

What an amazing hotel! It has everything and all the staff were amazing! The rooms were beautiful and we were pleasantly upgraded to a beautiful club resort room! I can't explain enough how amazing our stay was! All the restaurants and bars around were great! Right next to flapjacks which was a bonus!
Beautiful pools and a nice breakfast selection.
I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing the smiling faces on all the staff!
I was even given a bath full of flower Petals on our last night ❤

4 star Ramayana Resort & Spa, Bali - Love the Ramayana

Amazing hotel, so good I had to go back again. My first experience was in a double room, amenities were fantastic, service fantastic and the location FANTASTIC. The pool and bar are brilliant, the restaurants in the hotel and just outside are all worth a visit. The location itself is double sided, on my first visit to Bail being in the center of the action was awesome everything was so close by...Again great service, highly recommend this place.

4 star Ramayana Resort & Spa, Bali - 3 weeks, fantastic holiday, excellent hotel!

That was my 3rd year going to the Ramayana and stayed 3 weeks over Christmas & New Year 2016/2017. Once again great vacation! Part of the Ramayana is under renovation but honestly, it didn't bother us at all. We used the pool each day, no impact with the renovations. Now it is really nice to see renovations ongoing and the way the new cottages / rooms will look like...please keep the Balinese style which the other hotels don't have. The entire staff was just amazing as always, so friendly and service orientated. The Gabah restaurant always has fantastic food - absolutely the best value in that area. Christmas & New Year buffets and celebrations were amazing, with great New Year Party. The tour desk was excellent, including booking our day trip to Borobudur - look for Nyoman she is excellent. You really can't go wrong booking at the Ramayana Hotel and I cannot wait to be back once again. Thanks to the entire staff and management for all what you are doing for your guests.

4 star Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong - Wonderful stay at Cosmo

We had a wonderful experience staying at Cosmo from 19-23 January. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room configuration for 3 adults sharing a room was so special; that one single bed enjoyed an exclusive section complete with a TV and a writing desk! The location of Cosmo allowed us connectivity to may places with easy access to the tram and the buses (literally right at our doorstep!) The staff at Cosmo are very helpful, efficient and attentive, right from the booking of the accommodation up to the day we left! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cosmo and will definitely stay there again when we return to HK.
