Travel Opinions

Era Hotel, Hanoi - "Staff anticipated our every wish"

Thank you to the wonderful reception team who seemed to read our minds before we asked for anything. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the room clean. Hanoi Era is an excellent location to explore the Old Quarter.

The View Hotel, Sapa - "Unforgettable trip"

My friends and I booked a family room at The View Sapa Hotel. It is the best accommodation we have stayed so far. The room is very clean and spacious with a magnificent view.
Food wise, the hotel provides a wide range of varieties from local to western.
The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English.
The hotel services are exceptionally good. We went treking after we checked out. When we came back, the hotel provided a showering place ( with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and towels) for us to wash up before we move to our next destination. This is extremely thoughtful to make sure we are comfortable and clean.
Special thanks to Quang, Customer Service Manager for ensuring that we are well taken of and a memorable trip.

Legend White Dolphin Cruise, Ha Long Bay - "Nice cruise with friends"

We went with Michael as our tour guide on a cruise. He was an excellent and funny guide. Ask him about happy hour. Halong Bay is beautiful and the excursions were a lot of fun. I'd like to do this again some day.

Prague Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City - "Rooftop pool!"

Really enjoyed our two night stay. Clean spacious rooms with big bathroom. Rooftop pool was a nice place to chill out at the end of a hot day! Hotel laundry service was also good. I think this hotel is 4 star standard.

Hari Residence, Siem Reap - "Beautiful hotel"

Love the decoration of this hotel.... we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and slices of banana cake..... The staff are friendly and helpful
Rooms are spacious.....and beds are comfortable....The hotel is close to Pub Street and near to night market..... The Massage Spa is excellent after a long day in Angkor Wat... Recommended to all.

Kata Palm Resort, Phuket - "Wonderful resort with an ethnic touch"

If you wanna just relax, it's a perfect place. Beautiful pools and if lucky get the pool side rooms. No. of seafood joints around the resort as well as massage centres. Staff had been cordial. Mosquitoes are a spoiler. Breakfast also has many options.

Vietnam has emerged from past centuries as a modern state where old traditions are very much kept alive in both the blossoming cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as in the villages and towns along the Tonkin Bay. In the north you can explore the mountainous beauty of Sapa or head to the coast to see the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay, and definitely don’t miss out on seeing the Vietnamese capital Hanoi. The south of the country is a place where the mighty Mekong River flows into the sea and the great Ho Chi Minh City remains constantly awake. Next on the agenda is Cambodia’s Siem Reap, which is located in the northwest area of the country. Siem Reap boasts a thriving contemporary art scene and classic architecture, but still is a hub of tourist entertainment thanks to the world-class dining and diverse nightlife – but no trip is complete without a visit to the incredible Angkor Wat temple. Your last stop is Phuket, Thailand’s largest island and is nothing less than a tropical paradise in more ways than one. Phuket is covered by lush rainforests and fringed by powder-soft beaches, and is a hub for partygoers, foodies, relaxation lovers and adventure seekers. Patong is an area made famous by the notorious Bangla Road while the low-key regions of Kata and Karon boast beautiful beaches and are home to some of the best sunsets on the islands.
