Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to Jalan Alor for street food and shops.
Hotel room was spacious and the pool was lovely. The breakfast had a variety of options and was very tasty. Staff were very helpful. Cannot fault.
We booked a Rain Forest Family Chalet with sea view and the room was so spacious and very clean. I especially loved the balcony where we can simply sit and have coffee and enjoy the breathtaking ocean view. The resort was so calm and peaceful. I remember the second day of our stay, it was raining in the afternoon. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves, the rustling leaves, the raindrops hitting the roof, and the light, cool breeze.. and I swear it was the best nap ever!
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come here again!
We arrived at the hotel yesterday to be greeted by Maslan. His service was exceptional he tried so hard to get the perfect room for us. He was so thoughtful. The roof top pool is gorgeous. Everywhere the staff are delightful. At breakfast the staff were truly so caring . Never before have I been contacted by the manager Dianne and Christina to see how my room etc is. Definitely the best hospitality I have encountered and we have travelled extensively. This hotel far exceeds any Shangrila I have stayed in. Full marks to the training team. Do not stay anywhere else the Hilton is the place to be.
Just finished a really great 9 night stay at the Park Royal. A really great pool, with easy access and never a problem for a lounge chair, all eating outlets were really good, and l thought very well priced. The service throughout the hotel was top class, and a special thank you to Kuna. I totally enjoyed my stay and hope to return again.

A diverse destination in Southeast Asia, Malaysia is a gorgeous country made up of more than 800 islands. Some parts of the country are quintessentially beach holiday destinations with gorgeous white sands and relaxing climes, while the country is also home to some incredibly modern cityscapes – none more so than Kuala Lumpur. The capital city of Malaysia boasts an awe-inspiring skyline full of impressive skyscrapers, colonial architecture, and numerous cultural attractions. A visit to the city isn’t complete without a visit to the bottom of the Petronas Twin Towers, the world’s tallest twin skyscrapers. While a photo at the bottom is impressive enough, a visit to the top affords similarly spectacular vistas. Away from the city, the area of Langkawi is a tropical paradise made up of picturesque paddy fields and gorgeous jungle-clad hills. Nature-lovers will feel at home here with lots of walks in the hills and along the beaches readily available. Other popular destinations are Penang, known as the ‘Pearl of the Orient’, and Borneo, home of the endangered orangutan and a world-renowned spot for diving.
